- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4-5 oz. feta cheese
- 32 oz. frozen mangoes
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

Process the mixture until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze.

Remove from the freezer and allow to thaw slightly until manageable. Return the mixture to the food processor and process again until smooth and creamy.
