  • 1/2 cups parboiled potato wedges
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • salt
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 2 chopped dried red chillies
  • oil for deep frying
  • spring onion greens
  • toasted sesame seeds

Mix together corn flour and salt with potato wedges in a bowl
