Oil- 5 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Salt- as per taste
Red Chilly- 1 tbsp
Coriander- 5 tbsp
Chicken- 500 g
Pepper- 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves- few
Heat oil in a wok and add sliced onions.
When onions get well fried and turn golden brown add sliced green chillies and ginger garlic paste.
Fry them well and add chilly powder and coriander powder and sauté for a minute till the raw smell goes.
Add chopped tomatoes and stir them in to coat the masala.
Add chicken pieces and mix them well.
Cook the chicken by keeping the flame in simmer and covering the wok with lid.
Stir ocassionally till chicken is cooked completely.
Add 1 tbsp pepper powder and stir in.
In a tadka pan add 1 tbsp oil and fry curry leaves till crisp.
Add it to the chicken and serve hot with rice.
