Raised Donuts
To get the kind of results you would see in a donut shop you will need to proof the cut donuts. A combination of warmth and humidity is needed to raise them properly. The warmth will help them rise and the humidity helps them spread. You can adjust either during the process to develop your raised donuts properly. Be cautious not to overproof your donuts!
