  • 280 grams Green Mango
  • 100 grams White Onion
  • 25 grams Ginger
  • 40 grams Jaggery Gur
  • 3 Birdseye Chillies
  • 1 teaspoon Anardana
  • 1 tablespoon Tamarind Puree

Peel and dice the ginger and green mango. Then, blend all ingredients together in a food grinder until it turns into a paste.
