12 fresh
pork chops
or
chicken
pieces
1/2 cup
plain flour
1 teaspoon
salt
1/2 teaspoon
pepper
1/4 cup
oil
for
frying
12 ounces Pepsi
12 ounces
catsup
Preparation
1
Salt
and pepper meat and
dredge
in flour.
Fry
in oil on medium
heat
until
brown.
Place meat in 2 quart casserole.
Mix
Pepsi and catsup and pour over meat. Cover and
bake
at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
