Cut 1 pound blocks of fish into 3 sections square or diagonal. Place in 9 x 13 glass bakingdish. Place fish in pan in cut up sections (enough size each for 1 serving). Cube up butter and place evenly over fish.

Squeeze lemon juice over the top evenly. Pour wine over evenly. Sprinkle flour and seasonings over to taste. Sprinkle crumbs on top of each section of fish. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Broil 5-7 minutes until toppingbrowns. Cooking times to individual taste.
