tablespoons Hoisin sauce |

tablespoons ketchup |
1 |
teaspoon Five Spices |
½ |
cup soy sauce |
½ |
cup sugar |
½ |
cup sweet red wine |

Step 1 |
Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken for 6-8 hours (or overnight). Put chicken and marinade in baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. You can substitute chicken with beef, pork, or veal. |
