Ingredients
1 pound lump
crabmeat
do not use imitation
8 ounces
cream cheese
1/2 bunch
green onions
, diced
3/4
stick
butter
Garlic
and
cayenne pepper
to taste
Melba
rounds
Preparation

Melt
butter in a non-stick saute pan. Add green onions. Cook until tender.

Add
cream
cheese on low
heat.
Add crabmeat.

(Do not cook, just
heat
until
cream
cheese is good and melted.)

Season
with garlic and cayenne pepper.

Serve
warm
with melba rounds.
