- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bunch curly kale, stems removed and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the kale and cover.

until reduced by half
Stir occasionally until the volume of the kale is reduced by half. Uncover and add garlic and balsamic vinegar.

Allow to cook for about 30 seconds, mixing well so that the garlic and vinegar are well distributed.
