tablespoon olive oil |

bunch curly kale, stems removed and chopped |

tablespoons balsamic vinegar |

Step 1 |

Add the kale and cover. |
Step 3 |
Stir occasionally until the volume of the kale is reduced by half. Uncover. Add garlic and basalmic. |
Step 4 |
Allow to cook for about another 30 seconds or so, mixing well so that the garlic and vinegar are well distributed. |
Step 5 |
Serve hot. |
