  • 1 pounds dry macaroni
  • 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine(optional)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 12 ounces can Evaporated Milk
  • 10.75 ounces can Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

Step 1

Cook macaroni until al dente. Drain thoroughly, then transfer the hot macaroni into the slow cooker.

Slice the butter into chunks and add them to the macaroni in the slow cooker. Stir until the butter is completely melted.

In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, evaporated milk, cheese soup, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese. Pour this mixture over the macaroni in the slow cooker and mix well to combine.

4 hours

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours.
