- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 cup previously prepared berry preserves
- 1 cup vanilla cream sandwich cookie crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1.5 pkt 10oz cream cheese at room temperature
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoon sour cream

Step 1
Start by making berry preserves.
Step 2
Cook 1 cup each of strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries together with 1 teaspoon orange zest and sugar. Cook until the fruit is mushy (do not completely mash the fruits). Cook for another 10-15 minutes and turn off the heat. Do not let it thicken completely.
Step 3
Mix together cookie crumbs and butter. Press firmly to the bottom of the cake pan to form the crust.
Step 4
Beat together cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Beat in sour cream.
Step 5
Pour half the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Spoon the berry preserves onto the cream cheese mixture. Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated 300F oven for 1 hour.
Step 7
After 1 hour, remove from the oven and cool completely. Chill and top with berry preserves before serving.
