head cauliflower, cut into 1 inch pieces |

onions, chopped fine |

cup lentils |

teaspoon chili powder |

teaspoon curry powder |

Juice of 1 lemon |
Step 1 |
Saute onion in small amount of water 5 minutes. Add cauliflower, lentils, and spices. Add cup of water and cook until cauliflower is tender on low flame. Add lemon juice. Serves 4. |
