  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 pounds boneless chicken

Dice the boneless chicken into cubes.

48 hours

Combine the diced chicken with salt, yogurt, chicken bouillon, garam masala powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, chili powder, and soy sauce (all ingredients except butter). Marinade for 48 hours.

Skewer the marinated chicken.

Barbecue the skewered chicken on a hot charcoal grill.
