- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 cube chicken bouillon
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 pounds boneless chicken

Dice the boneless chicken into cubes.

Combine the diced chicken with salt, yogurt, chicken bouillon, garam masala powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, chili powder, and soy sauce (all ingredients except butter). Marinade for 48 hours.
