  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts(optional)
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 12 ounces dark chocolate
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Cover a 13x9 inch cookie sheet with wax paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray.

Melt 12 ounces of dark chocolate using either a double boiler or a microwave. Stir until the chocolate is smooth. Let the melted chocolate sit for 5 minutes.

Stir 1 cup of dried cranberries (any desired flavor), 1 teaspoon of orange zest, and the chopped nuts (if using) into the melted chocolate. Spread this mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet; it may not cover the entire sheet.

Refrigerate the chocolate bark until it is firm. Once firm, cut or break the bark into pieces.
