Chocolate Chip Cookie S'mores

Ingredients

Canola oil
3 bananas
10 chocolate chip cookies
1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
1 cup of small marshmallows
1 cup of chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat grill to medium-high heat and brush with canola oil

Cut bananas in half length-wise and grill, skin side down until warm

Remove the warm banana from its skin and cut it in half again

Place a cookie on a piece of aluminum foil

Top evenly with banana slices, graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, and chocolate chips

Put another cookie on top and wrap the aluminum foil around the s'more
7
Place on the grill until the s'more is warmed through and melted
