In a medium mixing bowl combine chopped pears, apples, grapes, celery, walnuts or pecans, and dates, raisins or dried cranberries. Divide fruit mixture among lettuce-lined salad plates.

For dressing, in a small mixing bowl combine cranberry sauce and sour cream. Fold in sweetened whipped cream. Drizzle dressing over fruit mixture.
