Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups AP flour
  • cooking spray
  • chocolate chips(optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9x9 inch pan or brownie pop mold with cooking spray.

In a medium pot on the stove over medium-low heat, melt the chocolate and butter. Remove the pot from the heat, then mix in the eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar until well combined. Add the flour and mix thoroughly.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish or brownie pop mold. If desired, sprinkle with chocolate chips for a richer experience.

20 to 30 minutes

Bake for 20 minutes (or approximately 30 minutes for brownie pops) or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

Allow the baked item to cool completely. Cut or decorate as you desire to create Halloween 'Pops'. Enjoy!
