A very popular drink in America, often drank in the morning at breakfast.

pint glass full of ice

1 ½

ounces vodka

3

ounces Bloody Mary Mix (see below)

1

celery

2

pickled green beans

1

pickled asparagus

3

pickled pepperoncini

Bloody Mary Mix:

1

quart good-quality tomato juice

6

ounces Worcestershire sauce

1

ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

2

teaspoons hot sauce sauce

1

teaspoon red pepper flakes

1

teaspoon cracked black pepper

1

teaspoon dried dill

cups grated fresh horseradish

Step 1

Directions for Bloody Mary Mix: Combine tomato juice, Worcestershire, lemon, hot sauce, pepper flakes, pepper, dill and horseradish into a blender and blend for about 1 minute. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.

Step 2

Pour vodka over a full pint glass of ice. Add bloody mary mix and stir. Garnish with pickled vegetables.
