Fig and Gorgonzola Tarts With Honey Drizzle
1 box of puff pastry rectangle
Turn the oven to 180°C.
Roll out the puff pastry from the package and taking his parchment paper as a basis, adagiala on a baking sheet.
Obtained from six pastry rectangles and prick the base with a fork.
With the tip of a knife lightly etch designs a rectangle 1 cm from the edge, so that will not leak out of the gorgonzola pasta during cooking.
