Thai Salad

Ingredients

3 carrots, grated
1/2 jicama, grated
Leaves from Boston, red or green leaf lettuce (or any
1 ripe papaya, sliced
1 handful unsalted peanuts, chopped
1 1/2 limes
Thai dressing (below)
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons hot chile oil
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup tamari (or less if like less salty)

Mix above ingredients together and toss with dressing.

Whisk ingredients together. Shake before serving.
