- 1/2 box whole wheat pasta
- 1 zucchini squash
- 1 tomato
- 1 zucchini
- 3 tablespoons feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 can garbanzo beans

Instructions
Step 1
Boil water in a medium-sized pan.
Step 2
Add salt, a drizzle of olive oil, and half a box of whole wheat pasta to the boiling water.

Cook the pasta for 10-12 minutes.
Step 4
While the pasta cooks, slice zucchini and zucchini squash into coin-sized pieces. Chop the tomato into chunks. Open and drain the can of garbanzo beans.

Drain the cooked pasta and return it to the pan. Drizzle with olive oil until lightly coated (approximately 3 tablespoons).

Add the sliced zucchini, zucchini squash, chopped tomato, feta cheese, and garbanzo beans to the pasta in the pan and mix well.

Optional: For additional flavor, add 2 tablespoons of pesto.

Optional: For a meat dish, sauté chicken with lemon and a drizzle of olive oil, then mix into the pasta.
