Fresh Veggie Pasta Dish

Ingredients

Half a box of WHOLE WHEAT pasta
1 zuccini
3 tablespoons of feta

Preparation

Boil a medium sized-pan of water.

Sprinkle in salt and a dribble of olive oil, followed by half a box of whole-wheat pasta.

Cook 10-12 minutes.

While the pasta is cooking, slice zucchini, and zucchini squash into coin-sized cuts. Chop up tomato into chunks. Open and drain can of garbanzo beans.

Drain, and return to pan. Drizzle olive oil onto pasta until lightly coated (should be about 3 tablespoons).

Pour veggies into pan add feta, garbanzo beans, and mix.

For additional flavor-

Add two tablespoons of pesto. I recommend adding classico’s pesto product if you can’t make your own fresh

Also, if you’re a meat lover, sauté chicken in lemon and drizzled in olive oil and mix in.
