- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup butter or margarine, melted(optional)
- 2 cup onion, chopped

- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup thin egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Step 3
For filling: over medium <a href="/XZFHRHHF">heat,</a> saute onion in butter until soft, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes more. Remove from <a href="/XZFHRHHF">heat </a>and combine with noodles. Spread over crust in pan.
Step 4
In medium bowl, <a href="/3CYMY2D7">beat </a>eggs. Add milk, <a href="/DPSVTKVY">salt </a>and pepper. Pour over noodles. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Step 5
<a href="/RNT367Z2">Bake </a>in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until custard is set. Remove from oven and <a href="/GZFHJC5K">cool </a>10 minutes before <a href="/Y6MVNCHX">serving.</a>
