1 lg. carton Ricotta
2 bunches spinach
1 handful parsley
pepper to taste

Preparation

Cook spinach, squeeze out water and chop. Chop parsley and add other ingredients and proceed to make Ravioli as in meat ravioli. See Ravioli Dough for assembly.
