  • 120 gram butter
  • 30 gram castor sugar
  • 115 gram flour
  • 50 ml fresh milk
  • 1 egg egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 200 gram strawberry jam
  • 100 gram unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 150 gram sugar
  • 100 gram desiccated coconut
  • 35 gram flour

Grease a pan with parchment paper for easy handling.
