- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 cup Ripe bananas (2 large), mashed
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Softened butter
- a few Mini chocolate chips(optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract together until creamy.

In a separate small bowl, dissolve the baking soda in the sour cream. Add this mixture to the butter mixture and beat well.

Add the mashed ripe bananas, flour, and salt to the mixture. Mix just until blended, being careful not to overmix. (Optional: Fold in mini chocolate chips now if desired.)

45-50 minutes
Pour the batter into a sprayed 9x9 inch pan and bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
