  • 15 okra
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon mustard and urad dhal
  • 1 spring curry leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon yogurt
  • 3 red chillies
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1/2 cup channa dal
  • to taste salt

<a href="/XZFHRHHF">Heat </a>oil in a pan, add mustard , urad dhal and curry leaves.

Add chopped onions saute them well.

Now to this add Okra, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder , <a href="/DPSVTKVY">salt </a>and yoghurt.

When Okra is half cooked add the paste.

Now saute them well until all are well cooked.
