- 15 okra
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon mustard and urad dhal
- 1 spring curry leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon yogurt
- 3 red chillies
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1/2 cup channa dal
- to taste salt

Add chopped onions saute them well.

Now to this add Okra, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder , <a href="/DPSVTKVY">salt </a>and yoghurt.

When Okra is half cooked add the paste.
