Okra Bhindi In Channa Dal

Ingredients

For this recipe you need
1 teaspoon of mustard and urad dhal
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder
1 teaspoon of yoghurt
2 teaspoons of oil
For Grinding you need
cup Half of channa dal soaked in water for about 2 - 3 hrs

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard , urad dhal and curry leaves.

Add chopped onions saute them well.

Now to this add Okra, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder , salt and yoghurt.

When Okra is half cooked add the paste.

Now saute them well until all are well cooked.
