Cannned Ortega chilies |

Thin slices tomato |

slc Cheddar cheese -- or other |

Step 1 |
1. Make your tuna salad how you like it. I just flake the tuna, add some mined onions, celery chopped fine and mix with a little fresh dill and Best Foods mayonaise. |
Step 2 |
2. Slice some good sour dough french bread, toast in the toaster, butter one side and glob some tuna salad over the top. |
Step 3 |
3. Lay 2 canned ortega chilis over the top of this. I occasionaly use fresh chilis. |
Step 4 |
4. Put 2 thin slices of tomatoes over this. |
Step 5 |
5. Put 1 slice of your favorite cheese over the tomatoes. (I use cheddar) |
Step 6 |
6. Put under the broiler, until the cheese is bubbly and sprinkle with a bottled Cajun seasoning. Then enjoy! |
