In a wide skillet, heat vegetable oil, around 2-3 tablespoons. |

Cook salmon skin side up until golden, around 3 to 4 minutes. |

Transfer to an oven-safe baking dish. Bake at 375 F until cooked through, around 8 to 10 minutes. |
