OIn a mixing bowl, mix the yogurt, cucumbers, and lemon juice together.

Season with salt and pepper. Spread the cucumber sauce evenly into each pita bread. Divide the meat up between the pita breads.Garnish each sandwich with lettuce, onion and tomatoes.
