Mixed Vegetable Pakoras
Pour in Canola oil or Soybean oil to approximately 1/2 the pan and heat oil.
Deep fry the pakoras.
They are done when golden brown !
Serve hot with Deva Natural's Mangosteen Chutney or Deva Naturals Tamarind Chutney, or even just Ketchup !
These are typical North Indian (Punjabi) fritters, eaten at tea time or even with a cold beer !
Any chutney can be used with these Pakoras, I, however favor Deva Naturals Chutnies.
A deep wok like pan works well for deep frying Pakoras.
