Wubba's Nutty Rice Noodles

Ingredients

1 package rice noodles (thick style, resembling spaghetti noodles)
1/2 cup Almond Butter (more or less to taste to cover noodles)
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
1/2 cup roasted corn
chilie flakes to taste

Preparation

Cook rice noodles according to package directions. In the meantime stir together Almond butter, Sriracha sauce, and Tamari to create a paste, heat in pan over low heat just to melt slightly. Pour over drained noodles and toss to coat. Add corn, and toss. Serve topped with peanuts and chilie flakes.
