Jamie's Southwest Soup
Ingredients
1/2
large
white onion
1
15 oz can
pinto beans
1
15 oz can
black beans
2 11.5 oz cans
white
shoepeg corn
2
15 oz cans
diced tomatoes
3 cups
water
2
packets
taco seasoning
2
packets dry
ranch dressing
1 pound
ground turkey
salt
and
pepper
Preparation
1
Dice onion into 1 inch pieces and place in a stock pot.

Rinse beans, corn, and tomatoes and place in pot.

Add water and cook over medium
heat.

Stir
in taco
seasoning
and ranch.

Brown
turkey and drain before placing in pot.

Add
salt
and pepper to
taste.

Cover and reduce
heat
to low and allow to
simmer
for 15 minutes.

Enjoy
topped
with
sour
cream,
ranch
dressing,
cheese, and/or tortilla chips.
