Shiitake Mushrooms

Ingredients

pound shiitake mushroom, washed
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
3 clvs garlic

Preparation

Place shitake mushrooms and garlic on a large piece of aluminum foil, add Worcestershire and soy sauce, season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Seal and place on grill for about ten minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.
