  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 2 whole avacados mashed
  • 3/4 cup Jack cheese
  • 2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 small cans 4 oz. can diced green chilies, drained
  • 2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 4 small cans chopper or sliced olives
  • 2 cup sour cream
  • 1 large can 16 oz. refried beans

Instructions

Step 1

Mix the refried beans with the taco seasoning mix. Heat the mixture through until bubbling. Spread it on the bottom of a serving bowl and let cool to room temperature.

Finely chop the white part and stems of the green onions, then spread them over the bean mixture.

Spread the diced tomatoes over the green onions.

Drain the diced green chilies and spread them over the tomatoes.

Spread the chopper or sliced olives over the green chilies.

Spread the mashed avocado over the olives.

Spread the Jack cheese and shredded Cheddar cheese over the mashed avocado.

Spread the sour cream over the cheese.

Strip the cilantro leaves from their stems, chop them, and spread over the sour cream.
