I don't consider this a low calorie meal. Still, if you are craving an Asian noodle dish, the calories and fat are considerably less than if you ordered this dish at your local restaurant. Did it taste good? You bet! I had fresh pineapple, and boy did that really make a difference.   • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 2 cup shrimp, cooked
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits
  • 2 cup spaghetti, whole grain, cooked

Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.

Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes, until just tender.
