- 1 stalk lemon grass
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 2 cm galangal

- 1 tablespoons coriander powder
- tablespoons curry powder for fish
- 1 coconut, grated and squeezed with 400ml water to obtain coconut milk
- 1 stalk curry leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 2 green chillies
- 2 tomatoes
- 150 grams carrots
- 100 grams cauliflower
- 200 grams potatoes
- 200 grams cabbage
- 100 grams French beans

Step 1
Heat oil in an earthenware pot. Fry the garlic until fragrant. Add onions and fry until soft. Add lemon grass and curry leaves and ground ingredients. Fry until oil separates.

10 to 15 minutes, 8 to 9 minutes
Pour in coconut milk and bring to a low boil. Put in potatoes and carrots. Bring to a low boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables and simmer for eight to nine minutes. Add seasoning. Dish out and serve immediately.
