- 1/2 cup butter substitute
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup peanut butter(optional)
- 3 cups oats
- 1 Xocai Healthy Chocolate Nugget, chopped
- 2 cups sugar substitute

Combine the butter substitute, soy milk, vanilla, and peanut butter (if using) in a medium saucepan.

Heat the mixture until it boils. Once boiling, continue to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove the saucepan from heat.

Stir in the oats and sugar substitute.

Add the chopped Xocai Healthy Chocolate Nugget last and stir to combine.

Drop the mixture by spoonful onto wax paper or foil.
