Szechuan Braised Chicken Wings

Ingredients

2 cups water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons Szechuan peppercorns
2 tablespoons red pepper crushed
2 large sugar rocks

Preparation

Cook all ingredients in boiling water; turn to simmer for 55 to an hour until all liquid are gone.

Add lemon juice and mix well. Ready to serve, enjoy!
