- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 pound large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- salt, to taste
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 package Angel Hair pasta (9 ounce)

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water, according to package directions. Drain and return to cooking pot. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Add the garlic and saute until soft, do not let brown! Add the lemon juice and broth and bring to a boil. Add shrimp, cook until shrimp are opaque, about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low; add cream, cheese and lemon zest. Cook about 3 minutes to heat through, but do not boil.
