Ingredients
3 cups warm
water
100 grams
sugar
3 teaspoons
instant coffee
28 grams unflavored
gelatin
try Knox
1 cup cold
water
Whipped cream
low fat or no fat
Preparation
1
Dissolve
sugar in
warm
water, place it in a pot and cook it on low. Add coffee.
Turn
off
heat.
Dissolve
gelatin in cold water and add to the coffee-sugar mixture. Place in a gelatin
mold
and
refrigerate
until firm.

Cut
into cubes and
serve
in cups. Decorate with
whipped
cream
.
