  • 1 bunch fresh dill
  • 8 ounces Smoked salmon, sliced
  • 2 heads bibb lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Honey mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 loaf Italian bread, cut into inch slices

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly brush both sides of bread slices with melted butter. Place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for 8 minutes or until the bread slices turn golden brown, turning each slice over after the first 4 minutes.
