Ingredients

5 pounds Coarse ground Pork butt
2 teaspoons Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Fennel Seed
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 cup Water

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing. To cook, fry or bake.
