pita (pocket breads) |
1 |
cup butter, melted |
½ |
pound grated fresh Parmesan cheese |

Step 1 |
Excellent served with "World's Best Gazpacho"! |
Step 2 |
Split each pita horizontally into two rounds. Spread each round with melted butter, covering entire surface. Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan and add paprika for color. |
Step 3 |
Cut each circle into quarters. Place on cookie sheets and broil until bubbly (watch carefully as these broil quickly). Serve hot or put in Ziplock bag and freeze. |
