- 1 cup rice
- 0.5 cup green lentil (mungh daal)
- 5.5 teaspoons salt
- 0.5 teaspoons turmeric
- 2 cloves cloves
- clarified butter
- yogurt

Mix rice and green lentil and soak for at least half hour.

Put them in pressure cooker with rest of ingredients, add 4 times water and set it on high heat.

On 1 whistle, reduce the heat to medium-low, keep for 10 min and then remove the cooker from stove.

Wait for pressure release and then serve with clarified butter.
