  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate (Xocai Healthy Chocolate Activ Powder)
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 whole eggs
  • 3 tablespoons yeast
  • 4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1/2 cup potato flakes

Instructions

Step 1

Mix the scalded milk with the potato flakes. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.

In a separate bowl, cut the shortening into the flour.

Add sugar, the yeast mixture (3 tablespoons yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water), eggs, salt, the flour mixture, and the Xocai Activ to the cooled potato flakes mixture.

Beat the dough for 10 minutes.

15-30 minutes

Let the dough rise for 15 to 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough and form it into doughnut shapes.
