- 1/2 cup dark chocolate (Xocai Healthy Chocolate Activ Powder)
- 2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 whole eggs
- 3 tablespoons yeast
- 4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup potato flakes

Mix the scalded milk with the potato flakes. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.

In a separate bowl, cut the shortening into the flour.

Add sugar, the yeast mixture (3 tablespoons yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water), eggs, salt, the flour mixture, and the Xocai Activ to the cooled potato flakes mixture.

Beat the dough for 10 minutes.

Let the dough rise for 15 to 30 minutes.
