Crab Rangoon is a deep fried wonton filled with cream cheese, crab and seasonings. They make a perfect party appetizer!

  • Pepper and lemon juice(optional)
  • 1 green onion with tops
  • 3/4 pound Sea Sticks imitation crab meat
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 1 package wonton wraps
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • Salt(optional)
  • Egg white(optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, crabmeat, and green onions in a mixing bowl. Season with salt, lemon juice, and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Spoon the mixture inside wonton wrappers. For a better seal, you can lightly moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with a little egg white before pressing all sides together to seal securely.

Step 3

Deep fry the sealed wontons until golden brown and crispy.
