- Pepper and lemon juice(optional)
- 1 green onion with tops
- 3/4 pound Sea Sticks imitation crab meat
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1 package wonton wraps
- 1 package cream cheese
- Salt(optional)
- Egg white(optional)
Instructions

Step 1
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, crabmeat, and green onions in a mixing bowl. Season with salt, lemon juice, and pepper to taste.

Spoon the mixture inside wonton wrappers. For a better seal, you can lightly moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with a little egg white before pressing all sides together to seal securely.

Deep fry the sealed wontons until golden brown and crispy.
