2 eggs, well beaten
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons vinegar

Preparation

Beat together eggs and sugar in saucepan. Add salt and vinegar. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Pour over salad and mix well.
