- 150.0 milliliter Water
- 350.0 milliliter F&N Cheeky Cherrydale
- 40.0 gram Sugar
- 10.0 gram Gelatin powder
- 175.0 milliliter Water
- 250.0 milliliter F&N Cheeky Cherrydale
- 55.0 gram Sugar
- 10.0 gram Gelatin powder
- 75.0 milliliter Fresh milk or Evaporated milk(optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the first 10g of gelatin powder in a small bowl with 2 tablespoons of water. Separately, soak the second 10g of gelatin powder in another small bowl with 2 tablespoons of water.
Step 2
Combine 150ml Water, 350ml F&N Cheeky Cherrydale, and 40g Sugar (Ingredients A) in a pot. Bring the mixture to almost boil. Add the first portion of soaked gelatin and stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Boil the liquid for 2-3 minutes, then set aside.
Step 3
Combine 175ml Water, 250ml F&N Cheeky Cherrydale, and 55g Sugar (Ingredients B) in a pot. Bring the mixture to almost boil. Add the second portion of soaked gelatin and stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Boil the liquid for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Step 4
Continue to stir the Ingredients B liquid until it is almost cool. Add 75ml Fresh milk or Evaporated milk into it and mix well.
Step 5
Prepare 6-8 small glasses. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of the cherry liquid (from Ingredients A) into each glass and chill to set for about 10 minutes or put in the freezer for about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the glasses from the refrigerator/freezer. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the milk cherry liquid (from Ingredients B) to each glass and chill for 10 minutes or put in the freezer for about 5 minutes.
Step 7
Repeat the layering process (Steps 5 and 6) until you have used all the cherry liquid and milk cherry liquid. Chill the final layered delights for 2 hours and then serve.
