Salmon Burger

Ingredients

2 sm. cans salmon, drained
1 beaten egg
3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Gulden's spicy brown mustard

Preparation

Mix together. Form into patties. May be grilled, fried, or broiled.

Serve on buns and top with sauce made of 1/2 cup mayonnaise mixed with 1/4 cup Gulden's mustard.
